QUALITY CONTROL

JJF chains are HRC58 hardness both surface and core but unbreakable with special high temperature, propane gas and salt bath, heat treatment systems.

In our own laboratory we keep and control the quality continuously with 40 tons of pulling, breaking and lengthening tests.

Additionally, we use Rockwell Hardness measurements devices to control the surface and the core hardness of the chain.

Each chain we produce has a serial number and a sample which are kept in our plant. We can turn back and check the records of all production details and test data if required.
